Farmhouse Renovation | Fairfield, PA

This project was aimed at creating the ability to have true first floor living in this charming old farmhouse. In the original brick house, previous partitions that had carved up the first floor were removed to create an open living space focused on a wood stove. The existing garage was converted to an inviting owner’s suite overlooking the gardens with a mud room laundry and hall bath. A new detached garage was built in keeping with other barns and outbuildings on the property.
